Jessica Zellat

Web & Graphic Designer

I am a graphic and Web designer working in the Albuquerque metro area. I moved to ABQ in 1998 after growing up in Richmond, VA.

I have been working with layout design since 1999 and photography since the mid-2000s. I am proficient in the use of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. I have worked extensively with HTML, CSS, and WordPress.

I graduated, with honors, from CNM with an Associates in Digital Media Design in 2014, and am currently enrolled full time at Arizona State University’s Fulton School of Engineering where my major is Graphic Information Technology with a secondary focus in Web Design & Development. I currently carry a 4.00 GPA and expect to graduate in 2022.

I worked part-time for a non-profit STEAM museum in Albuquerque, NM as their Webmaster & Marketing Assistant until Covid-19. It was a challenging position, but one that I loved. I learned so much about non-profits and their needs at this position, and hope to continue working with non-profits to help meet their needs.

I am an active and involved Scoutmaster for Scouting BSA Troop 417G in Rio Rancho. When not in study or performing contracted duties, I am usually with my 11-year-old son exploring New Mexico and working on various creative projects.
